This page describes general conditions. When you request a service, we will provide pre-contract and contract information required for distance services as applicable.

2. Pre-contract information for distance services

For distance provision of services, before you are bound, we provide the required information, including provider details, core service characteristics, pricing/payment conditions, and other key contract terms.

3. Language of consumer-facing information

As a rule, consumer-facing service information is provided in the state language (Ukrainian), in accordance with Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language” (Article 30).

4. Service requests and scheduling

• Service availability and scheduling are subject to confirmation. Lesson dates/times may change due to provider capacity or unforeseeable circumstances.
• You should provide accurate information when requesting services so we can arrange sessions and communication.
• We do not guarantee a specific test score or outcome. Results depend on your preparation, practice, and individual circumstances.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, payment methods, currency, and payment due dates are provided to you as part of the pre-contract/contract information for the specific service you request.

6. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or participation in coaching.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties, communication providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

7. Personal data and privacy

If you submit personal data on the landing page (for example, name, email, or phone), we process it in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data and provide the required privacy notice and disclosures.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact contact@branovarian.com or call +380 632 044 9148. We will review your request in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be handled according to applicable law of Ukraine.
